バルク商品の大量出品や転売目的の出品などでこのような大量出品があったほか、切手金券チケット類などのカテゴリでも大量出品をしていた人はいると思われるけれど、大半の一般ヤフオクユーザーにはあまり関係がなさそう。僕個人としてはこの改訂は「あってもなくてもどっちでもいい改訂」という気がしなくもないが…。

なお、現在までにすでに出品されている商品、あるいはこれまでに出品されていたものの自動再出品にはこの制限は適用されないとのこと。
