言及リンクのないTrackBackをはじくMovableTypeプラグイン

そもそもTrackBackが何のためのものなのかすらわからずに使っているブログが多いようで、僕が書いているこのブログにもそういうTrackBackが来ることは多い。元々の誕生の動機を辿れば「この議論のつづきはこちらでどうぞ」というリンクを付けるために生み出されたものがTrackBackリンクなのだから、相手サイトにTrackBackPingを送信するならそのブログへのリンクをこちらからも張るのが正しい使い方。

今ではスパムまがいのTrackBackもかなりあり、ブログ検索で関連キーワードを検索して片っ端からPingを送信するユーザーもいるみたい。そういうTrackBackをこのプラグインで一網打尽してしまおう。

本当は、TrackBackの正しい使い方に対する理解が普及すればいいんだけれど。この文章を読んでこれまでTrackBackPingを乱発していたという心当たりのある人、これからはぜひTrackBackの正しい使い方を身につけて欲しいと思いますヨ。
