僕は2004年の9月に一度mova N504iからFOMA F900iCに移行したのだけど、そのF900icの動作があまりにもっさりでメール一覧を表示するのに数秒待たなければならないという有様。カメラ機能や初のおさいふケータイ機能には不満はなかったけれど、とにかくメール関連の動作が遅いのは耐えられない。というわけでドコモのFOMA・movaのデュアル契約を結んで、F900icは電源を切って普段は完全にN504iに戻ってしまっているのが現状だ。

もしN902iが本当にサクサクに動作する携帯ならまたFOMAに戻っても良いかなとも思う。だけど、少しでももっさり感がある携帯ならどんなに機能が充実していても使う気は全然無い。一番大切なのはメール関連の動作スピードで、これがもし「画面表示が指の動きについてこない」というようなことがあるなら僕はN504iからFOMAへ戻るつもりはないのであります。

ドコモがユーザーの求めていることにようやく声を傾け始めたなぁという気もしますが、中にはこのような頑固でこだわりの強いユーザーもいるということを知っていただきたいですな。
