Firefox2.0系α1が登場。

まだαの段階なので実用レベルには達していないもので、したがってメインしようにはまだFirefox1.5系を使うよう求められる期間は相当長そうだ。今年の中頃にはようやくFirefox2.0系βがリリースされる見込みだとか。

ちなみにFirefoxの開発陣の目標ポイントはすでに3.0系に移っていて、この3.0系では新しい描画エンジンが搭載されるらしい。今後もまだまだ機能の向上と改善が期待できて、楽しみですな。
