クレジットカードのキャッシングの利用金利は法定上限イッパイの29.2%となっているところが多いが、これにATM利用手数料を合わせると法律違反となってしまうからATM利用手数料はいただきませんよ、ってことらしい。

でも、29.2%の金利を上限として定めているのは出資法で、別の利息制限法では18%までと金利上限が定められているのはこのごろニュースでもやっているので知っている人は少なくないはず。ATM利用手数料を廃止する前に、利息制限法の上限金利を守れよ！っていう話にはならないらしい。
