2ちゃんねるで大規模障害。昨晩から断続的に回線落ち

昨日の午後はワールドカップサッカーの日本クロアチア戦がありサッカー系の実況板は数分で1スレが埋まる（川口がPKを止めた瞬間などは本スレは1分間で500以上のレスが付いた）というハイペースな書き込みがあった上に、北朝鮮のテポドン騒動での書き込みなども多く、「朝鮮半島からのサイバー攻撃説」や「テポドンに関する情報の流出やそれに伴う混乱を防ぐための日本政府による箝口令的2ちゃんねる鯖封印説」のようなものも流れてネット上ではずいぶんとたくさんの混乱と情報の錯綜が見られた。

普段はサーバ状況の異常を知らせたり非常時の避難場所になっている「2ch運用情報板（http://qb5.2ch.net/operate/）」まで落ちるというのは珍しいこと。繋がらなくなった原因がわからないときはこの運用情報板や運用情報臨時板を訪れれば結構その異常原因がわかったりするものだが、今回はサーバの以上ではなくルータの異常だったためにその機能も失われていたみたい。

で、2ちゃんねるが落ちたときにどこにみんなが集まって情報のやり取りをしているのか。普段なら避難所になることの多い運用情報関連の板群が落ちてしまったら、「Yahoo!掲示板」やlivedoor系の「したらばBBS」などに出張した人も居たようだが、最大の避難所になったのは今回は「Jane総合掲示板（http://jane.s28.xrea.com/bbs/）」だったのかも。もっとも、Jane総合掲示板もURLからわかるようにXREA鯖上にあるBBSなので2ちゃんねるのBIGserverのように高負荷のアクセスに耐えられるものではなく、2ちゃんねるが落ちたときに避難民が集まってくると連鎖鯖落ちも起こしかねないのだが。

今回の回線不調はメイン機器と予備ルートの両方がハードウェア的な故障を起こしたという珍しい事例だそうだが、いつ2ちゃんねるが本格的にまた落ちるとは予想できず、そういうときでもネット上で活発な意見交換ができる場所というものが欲しいものだ。2ちゃんねるへの一極集中はいざというときのネット難民をたくさん生み出しかねない、危ない橋を渡っていることなのかもしれない。
