ヤフオク、“逆”自転車操業で高利貸しの闇

ヤフオクにまつわる闇は話題を事欠かない。詐欺は言うに及ばす、違法アダルト商品、違法コピー商品の取引、ドラッグや絶滅危機動物が取引されたこともある。ネットの匿名性と大規模な個人間取引を可能とするヤフオクのプラットフォームがこういう闇を生んでいるようだけど、このチケットヤミ金融的な取引もその一つなのか？

このテのチケット販売はネット上に限らず、至る所に存在する。元値よりも高いギフトカードに需要があるのかと疑問に感じる人もいると思うが、このギフトカードは自分で使うために買うのではなく金券ショップに持ち込んで現金化するという使い方をする。ギフトカードの販売主への支払いは1ヶ月後なので、その支払日までに急遽現金が必要になった場合に、消費者金融感覚で使うということだ。クレジットカードのショッピング枠現金化というのもカードの利用日から支払日までのタイムラグを利用してこれと同じことをする。借り手側からすれば支払日までに現金を用立てさえできれば生活を続けられるので、支払日までに次の工面し、その繰り返しで生活を送る自転車操業となる。貸し手側から見れば、“逆”自転車操業である。

これだと貸し手側は（実態が違法な高金利でも）自分がふっかけた金利ではないので出資法や利息制限法の網を抜けることができる。厳密には、利用する金券ショップまでを指定してギフトカードの高利貸し的販売は違法という判例もあるようだが、金券ショップを指定していない場合はこれを取り締まる法律はないのが現状らしい。

この問題の闇の深さを際だたせるのが、ルールからはみ出したものを「ヤフオク評価八分」とでもいうべき攻撃に曝して、ついにはヤフオク用のIDを利用停止に追い込んでしまう方法。これが明らかになったのは、高利貸し的チケット販売で有名なgetjcb氏に悪評価を付けた女性（？）が、あっという間にYahoo!IDの利用停止に追い込まれたという事実だ。

getjcb氏の評価欄（http://rating4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/show/rating?userID=getjcb）に悪評価を付けたママ氏（ID：mamawa25sai）。このママ氏は先週23日の時点では悪評価ゼロの優良利用者だった。資金繰りに困ったのかgetjcb氏からJCBギフトカードを購入したものの、その高利に反発してgetjcb氏に悪評価をつけた。その途端に火が付いたのか、ママ氏のIDに烈火のごとくヤフオクつぶしの嫌がらせが相次いだ。その様子はママ氏についている評価を見ていただければわかる（http://rating3.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/show/rating?userID=mamawa25sai）。オークション板@2ch掲示板でもリアルタイムでそのようすが語られている（http://pc7.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/yahoo/1146844364/549-）。そして、悪評価が貯まりすぎたママ氏のヤフオクIDは利用停止へ。なんとも恐ろしい仕打ち。

お中元などで貰ったものの余っているというギフトカードを額面の98％前後の価格でヤフオクで販売しているという人は少なくない。しかし、ギフトカードの額面より高い金額でこれを販売する高利貸し的ギフトカード販売になると、突然ヤフオクの闇の匂いがする危険な取引となる。ヤフオクユーザーのみなさんも、くれぐれもご注意あれ…。
