ソフトバンクモバイル「予想外割」の予想外な落とし穴

この予想外割の内容について検証？を行っているのが以下のスレッドなどインターネットのあちこちの掲示板など。

予想外割の基本料金は2,880円だが、この料金プランが適用されるためには様々な条件がある。データ通信定額サービス「パケットし放題（1029円～10290円）」のほか、「スーパー安心パック（498円）」「スーパー便利パック（498円）」などのオプション加入が必要となるので実質基本使用料は4,905円まで跳ね上がるほか、無料通話分はゼロ円となってしまう。また他社携帯電話とのメールのやり取りはかなり割高で、短文メールでも3円以上、長文だと上限は210円にもなってしまう。中でも無料通話分がゼロ円というのがやはり痛い所。なぜなら友人が全員ソフトバンクモバイルの携帯電話を使っていることなんてまずあり得ないので、ドコモとauの携帯電話を使っている友人が多くなればなるほど無料通話分ゼロ円のダメージが効いてくるからだ。

また、新規にソフトバンクモバイルの契約をする人はまだいい。Vodafone時代からの既存のユーザーはこの新料金プランにするには機種変更を行う必要がある。また、27ヶ月縛りが適用されるので2年半はソフトバンクモバイルを使い続けるつもりでないと、最大40,000円の違約金が発生する。

さらに、この予想外割の最も予想外とも言えるのがhttp://mb.softbank.jp/mb/special/yosougaiwari/index.htmlのページ下端に小さな文字で書かれている「21時台から0時台のソフトバンク携帯電話への通話が1請求月で最大200分を超過した場合、超過分は30秒枚に21円かかる」という一文。予想外すぎるだろ、というか、JAROに訴えてもいいんじゃないかというくらいユーザーを欺く意志が見え隠れする罠だ。ようするに、一番携帯電話を使いたい時間帯は1日平均6分半しか「ソフトバンク携帯電話同士は通話料無料」の恩恵を受けられないのだ。6分半の通話分を無料にすると言うだけのサービスで「通話料￥０！」とでかでかと宣伝していちゃダメだろ。ユーザーを馬鹿にしていると受け取られても文句は言えない。

結局、これらのことを考えてみると、これまで割高に思えていたドコモの「FOMA最小料金プラン＋パケホーダイ＋家族割引＋いちねん割引」の料金とほとんど利用料金は変わらない。いや、FOMA最小料金プラン＋パケホーダイのほうが1,000円分の無料通話分がつき他社携帯電話へのメール・通話がボッタクリ価格にならないだけソフトバンクモバイルの予想外割よりも良心的か。ソフトバンクモバイルが出てきたときはYahoo!BBがADSLでやってくれたような価格破壊が起こるかと期待もされたが、そうはいかなかったようだ。

願わくば、申し込んだあとにこの予想外割の予想外な罠に気付いて公開する被害者が数多くでないことを。ユーザーも賢くならねば、どんどん搾取されるだけになってしまいそうな、そんな時代なのだなあ。

今、情けなさでいっぱいです。ソフトバンクの新規契約をしましたが、最初の2ヶ月は、すべてが無料だと思い込んでいたため（通話もメールも）34万7千円の請求がきてしまいました。
ショップでは、落ち度はないと言ってとりあってくれません。
払わなくてはならないんでしょうか？ショックです・・・。

それはお気の毒としか言いようがありませんね。
おそらくユーザ側としてはこの金額分を支払う必要はあるのだと思いますが、国民生活センターなどに相談してみる価値はあるかも知れません。
