どちらかというとユーザーを大切にするというよりは、取れるところから取るというガメツい商売をしてきたことがアダとなったのか。リピーターが多いネット通販業界においても、風評被害が従来の通販に比べて格段に早く広まることもあって、なかなかリピーターがつかないらしい。困ったことだねえ。コレに懲りて、楽天ももう少し経営の姿勢を見直すかしらん？
